1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data described in this policy is Fli Soluciones EAS («we», «us», or «the developer») in connection with the mobile application Space War Galaxy Survivor, identified by the package com.spacewar.galaxysurvivor and distributed through Google Play.

2. Personal data we do NOT collect

The game is designed to work without registration or user accounts. Expressly, the application does not request, collect, or store on our systems (we do not operate any) the following personal data:

• First and last name;
• Username, account, or password (accounts do not exist);
• Email address;
• Mailing address;
• Phone number;
• Precise location (GPS);
• Contacts list or address book;
• Photos, videos, media files, or any content from your device storage;
• Biometric, health, or sensitive data;
• Financial, payment, or credit card data (the game is free and, in its current configuration, contains no in-app purchases).

We also provide no chat, forum, social networking, or user-generated content upload features.

3. Game progress (local storage)

All game progress —completed levels, scores and high scores, coins, boosters, and settings—is created and stored locally on your device, within the application's private storage. This information:

• Is not transmitted to our servers (we maintain no player database);
• Is not linked to your identity;
• Is deleted when you uninstall the application or clear its data from your device settings.

4. Third-party services and advertising

The game is free and funded through third-party advertising, including optional rewarded ads (for example, watching an ad in exchange for an in-game reward). External providers—including Google AdMob and, depending on the distribution configuration, other ad mediation networks—participate in serving, measuring, and protecting such advertising.

These providers may automatically collect and process the following information, in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Device advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID or «GAID»), an anonymous identifier you can reset or disable under Device Settings → Google → Ads;
• IP address and, derived from it, approximate location (country or city), without accessing your precise location (GPS);
• Device and diagnostic information: brand and model, operating system version, application version, language, connection type, and time zone;
• Ad interaction: impressions, clicks, completed views, rewards granted, and detected fraud;
• Integrity and anti-fraud signals (such as Google Play Integrity tokens) used to verify that the device and session are legitimate.

These purposes are limited to serving ads (including personalized ads where applicable and with your consent), measuring performance, preventing fraud in rewards, and complying with contractual obligations with the ad networks.

5. Google Play services

The application uses Google Play services, including the Google Play Integrity interface, to verify that the device and game session are genuine and to prevent fraudulent use of ad rewards (for example, manipulated emulators or automation). Google processes this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. How information is used

Information processed by advertising and service providers is used exclusively to:

• Display ads and grant rewards that the player voluntarily requests;
• Personalize advertising where applicable law permits and with your consent;
• Measure ad performance and detect technical errors;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and practices contrary to network policies;
• Comply with legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use it for purposes other than those described here.

7. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where European law applies, processing is based on:

• Consent for advertising and ad personalization (you may withdraw it at any time);
• Legitimate interest in fraud prevention, service security, and aggregate performance improvement;
• Legal obligation where applicable.

8. Retention and deletion

• Local progress: kept on your device until you uninstall the application or clear its data.
• Third-party data: retained per each provider's policies (see links in Section 4). You can reset or disable your advertising identifier under Settings → Google → Ads and revoke permissions from your device settings.

9. User rights (GDPR and CCPA)

9.1 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU / EEA)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data;
• Rectify inaccurate data;
• Erasure («right to be forgotten»);
• Object to and restrict processing;
• Data portability;
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

9.2 California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is shared, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

• We do not sell personal information. We do not exchange personal data for monetary compensation.
• We share device identifiers and information with our advertising providers solely for the purposes described in Section 4 and as «sharing» is defined under the CCPA.
• You may exercise your opt-out (right to opt out of sharing) by emailing [email protected] with the subject «Privacy — CCPA Request», or through your device's personalized-ads setting (Settings → Google → Ads → Ad personalization).

9.3 Other regions

If you reside in another jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, we will honor your rights under that law. We will respond within the statutory period (generally one month, or 45 days for CCPA requests).

10. Children's privacy (COPPA)

The application is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age without the consent of their parents or guardians. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided personal information through the application, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. Device permissions

The application requests only standard permissions required for its operation:

• Internet access (INTERNET): required to load ads and verify device integrity through Google Play services. Game progress is stored locally; a connection is only needed to display advertising and grant rewards.
• Storage: used exclusively within the application's private storage to save games and records. The app does not access your photos, videos, or personal files.

The application does not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, phone, Bluetooth, or installed-apps permissions.

12. Security

We apply reasonable security measures:

• We do not operate servers holding databases of players' personal data;
• Advertising and Google services transmit information encrypted (TLS);
• Progress is stored within the sandboxed environment provided by Android;
• We periodically review this policy and the versions of third-party components.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect technical, legal, or service changes. The current version will be published on this page with its last-updated date. For material changes, a prominent notice will be shown inside the application, or we will notify you by email when we have lawfully collected your contact information.

14. Consent

By installing and using the application, you accept the processing described in this policy. If you do not agree with any of its terms, please do not use the application and uninstall it.
